6 week jump start

Do you need some help jumpstarting your wellness journey? Work with a certified Health & Wellness coach who can help you discover your “why” and work with you to set achievable goals over 6 weeks.

30-minute sessions are $50 each when purchasing six.

Week 1:

Wellness Assessments and Goal Setting

  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess health and wellness priorities (e.g., stress reduction, fitness improvement, better sleep).

  • Use tools like SMART goals to establish clear, actionable objectives.

  • Provide baseline wellness self-assessment

Weeks 2-5:

Weekly Check-ins

  • Participants meet with Coach weekly for 20-30 minutes to review progress and address barriers and any setbacks

Week 6:

Celebration and Recognition

  • Host a wrap-up event where participants share their progress and celebrate achievements.

Need a little more time working towards your goal? Work with a certified Health & Wellness coach to dig deep into your motivation and help with barriers that may impeded your progress.

3-month packages are $570 for twelve 30-minute sessions.

Month 1: Setting the Foundation

Theme: Discover and Define Goals

Coaching Activities:

  1. Wellness Assessments and Goal Setting

    • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess health and wellness priorities (e.g., stress reduction, fitness improvement, better sleep).

  2. Group Coaching Kickoff

    • Host a group session to introduce the program and to explain the benefits of coaching

  3. Weekly Check-ins

    • Participants meet with Coach weekly for 20-30 minutes to review progress and address barriers and any setbacks

Month 2: Building Consistency

Theme: Developing Healthy Habits

Coaching Activities:

  1. Provide a Focus Area Workshop

    • Employees can join a targeted session such as:

      • Nutrition Coaching: “Simplifying Meal Prep for Busy Professionals.”

      • Fitness Coaching: “Incorporating Movement into Your Workday.”

  2. Habit Tracking

    • Use manual or optional wellness apps or digital tools to help employees track daily habits (e.g., water intake, exercise, sleep) and share progress with their coach.

  3. Bi-Weekly Check-ins

    • Participants meet with Coach weekly for 20-30 minutes to review progress and address barriers and any setbacks 

Month 3: Sustaining Progress

Theme: Achieving Long-Term Success

Coaching Activities:

  1. Advanced Goal Alignment

    • Coach works with employees to reassess and refine goals, focusing on sustainable habits.

  2. Personalized Roadmaps

    • Develop post-program wellness plans, highlighting routines and strategies tailored to each employee’s lifestyle.

  3. Celebration and Recognition

    • Host a wrap-up event where participants share their progress and achievements.
