6 week jump start
Do you need some help jumpstarting your wellness journey? Work with a certified Health & Wellness coach who can help you discover your “why” and work with you to set achievable goals over 6 weeks.
30-minute sessions are $50 each when purchasing six.
Week 1:
Wellness Assessments and Goal Setting
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess health and wellness priorities (e.g., stress reduction, fitness improvement, better sleep).
Use tools like SMART goals to establish clear, actionable objectives.
Provide baseline wellness self-assessment
Weeks 2-5:
Weekly Check-ins
Participants meet with Coach weekly for 20-30 minutes to review progress and address barriers and any setbacks
Week 6:
Celebration and Recognition
Host a wrap-up event where participants share their progress and celebrate achievements.

3-month packages are $570 for twelve 30-minute sessions.
Month 1: Setting the Foundation

Coaching Activities:
Provide a Focus Area Workshop
Employees can join a targeted session such as:
Nutrition Coaching: “Simplifying Meal Prep for Busy Professionals.”
Fitness Coaching: “Incorporating Movement into Your Workday.”
Habit Tracking
Use manual or optional wellness apps or digital tools to help employees track daily habits (e.g., water intake, exercise, sleep) and share progress with their coach.
Bi-Weekly Check-ins
Participants meet with Coach weekly for 20-30 minutes to review progress and address barriers and any setbacks
Month 3: Sustaining Progress

Coaching Activities:
Advanced Goal Alignment
Coach works with employees to reassess and refine goals, focusing on sustainable habits.
Personalized Roadmaps
Develop post-program wellness plans, highlighting routines and strategies tailored to each employee’s lifestyle.
Celebration and Recognition
Host a wrap-up event where participants share their progress and achievements.
